SAKE PUB is a unique Japanese sake pub that is open only during the day time. Here, you can enjoy local sake and dishes with fresh ingredients provided by the great nature of Shinshu. It is our joy that the clients from all over the world and Japan, including the local people here of course, “taste” some wonderful elements of Shinshu through SAKE PUB. For some clients who don’t drink or for children, we have a variety of menu also. We are looking forward to seeing you here in SAKE PUB, meeting new people, learning more about Japan and most importantly having fun.

Shops in Shinshu, which have local wines and features. There are abundant kinds of local sake. Seasoned food can also enjoy the taste of the ingredients. Pork Shabu is recommended.

Absolute nicest staff and most delicious sake. If you're in Matsumoto and want a great drink and amazing experience, this is a must go place.

This place is the best. The owner speaks good english, great for those wanting to try different Sake with minimal knowledge. Great sake and snacks.
